And Mini Has Been Born

This is my first static blog generator. A little “vibe coded”, as to say.

But here it is.

Ready to hold all of my thoughts as a developer who simply hates bloat.

Mini was created as a solution for the frustration of repeatedly configuring other generators like Jekyll and Hugo. These generators are really great on their own merit, but I’m always looking for extremely minimalist solutions.

Then Mini serves my purpose pretty well, although it doesn’t offer all the bells and whistles that other tools provide. Which is a Good Thing.

This is going to be a great place to keep a log of GrumpyDog projects, as well.

And it’s written in Ruby, damn. The best language and the most beautiful thing existing after Sydney Sweeney, of course.

So it’s opinionated, but it’ll not enforce any CSS framework or JS library against our will.
